Cheap plastic, about 2" tall... Just wondering if there are others like him out there that I should keep an eye out for 'cause this one is cool.

I have the same figure in yellow. Don't know what his name is. Just the marking of Hong Kong on its hand/claw

Although mine is more like 3in. tallAttached File  20151025_203124.jpg   32.92K   8 downloads

You're right, it is closer to three inches tall (was guesstimating before but have since broken out the ruler). What type of plastic is yours? Almost looks from the pic like it is better quality than mine. Mine is made of cheap, waxy plastic that reminds me of birthday candles.

Ive got that exact same toy from a lucky bag in the late 80s or early 90s and the exact same figure as a tiny red unpainted ink stamper.

The pink robot based of Dom from Gundam in this photo I took years ago is from the same series Though the claw one does not look like it is based off any gundam.

I have a bunch of these guys. I have them in green, blue, orange and the magenta/pink-ish color in your picture. They are all packed away in a box somewhere or else I would take some pictures.

There are a few more models. At one point I knew what animes some of the designs were from, but now I can't remember for the life of me. I've been scouring the internet but I haven't found anything yet that has jogged my memory.

I will keep looking.

Thank you

OK, the mech in question is called "Souzer" and it is from the show "Sasuraiger".

Off the top of my head I can remember that a couple of the other robots that were in this brightly colored party favor-type assortment were the Orguss and Nikick from the show "Orguss".

Thank you
