Awesome! Coming where though? I hope Target for like $3 for 12.
They look great and I dig the 2 color tones. They would intermingle well with OctoberToys ZOMBIEs.

The next set of toys comes out this month.  It's either the next comic book line or the television line.  Woo Hoo!

I want to get a few of these. The little girl zombie is my favorite. Not sure when they will be out or who will sell them. Looks like the kind of blind boxes that Barnes & Noble would get. Walkin%20Dead%20BB%20ALL%20GLAM-noscale.

Love these! Plus the cool thing is I know my wife will love them too as we are both obsessed with WD (can't wait for series 4 to hit the UK) I bet they'll only be released State-side though :(

My favorite toy out of the taller figures is the eye screwdriver zombie.  Darryl would be next.

Have you checked www.clarktoys.com to see if they will ship overseas?

Ten-inch-tall deluxe figure... of Daryl. Well, between the atrocious original figure and the insane amount of popularity for the character now, not surprised.

In case anybody else preordered series 2 comic version or is waiting for them to show up in stores I received this today:

We just received the shipping schedule update from McFarlane.  The Walking Dead Comic series 2 is now expected to ship mid/late July now.

Started to read The Rise of the Governor on Saturday.  I'm about 120 pages into it, and it's good.  Grabs your attention like the comics do, making you wonder what is going to happen next.  The book mentions the governor's wife, what happened to her, his brother, and a couple of highschool friends.  It also focuses on a lot about his daughter Penny, and how everything is affecting her.  What I also like is it mentions the airport in town where I live and it mentions where I work.  I thought that was pretty neat.  Like the show and comics, it's very graphic.

I've read The Rise of the Governor, and about to finish The Road to Woodbury.  Both are excellent reading.  I don't want to say too much, but at the end of The Rise of the Governor I was like wow, I didn't see that one coming.  I thought I could predict what was going to happen with the characters that were in it, but the end has a very interesting twist.  Both books are pretty easy to follow.

The Fall of the Governor comes out 14 September if anybody else is interested.

Hey guys, does anybody know of, or own any non-Walking Dead zombie figures that fit in with the size of the actual line? I'm looking to set up some pics of my human characters taking on the zombies, but the majority of the awesome WD zombies are ridiculously expensive to buy on the secondary market, especially as most of them were released in the earlier series. At the moment, my humans have nothing to fight haha! I might be able to purchase a relatively cheap gas mask or riot zombie, but that's it. Let me know

I'm really not sure about zombies to go with the normal comic/TV lines. There are some really cool COD zombie figures by mega bloks and of course SLUG zombies, but both are too small. Has anyone seen or collect the WD chibis from Target? I can't afford to go all out into the normal line and prefer the smaller figures anyways. By the way, we all know they're getting out of that train car...but the real question is Beth on the grill!?

The problem with the walking dead figures is that they're too small. Most other figures that have zombies are in the 7 inch scale where as the WD figures are 5 inches. If you don't mind bigger zombies to give the guys a more challenging kill there ate the left 4 dead figures, return of the living dead tarman figure, day of the dead Dr. Tongue figure, game of thrones white walker, and the resident evil series figures. You can also look up iterations of DC's Solomon Grundy character. The batman brave and the bold version is a good size, but the design is a bit cartoony. Also Dc made some figures based off the blackest night story line, and aside from the batman and aqua man zombies they aren't too expensive, these are also 7 inch scale.

That said amazon.com still has decent prices, like 15.00 or less, on some of the other walking dead zombies like Meryl, Penny, and michones pets if you want me to pick some up for you.

Edit forgot to mention the world war z zombies. They're a good size, but man are they ugly.
