Normally, you wait until the 24th at least. However, if it doesn't explicitly state not to open until xmas, you could probably cheat.so, what're the rules here? do we have to wait until christmas to open our presents or can we tear into them early?
If you do, you should start a thread named:
LRG Secret Santa 2008 - What'd you get?

They will probably show up late, sorry.
But you will recieve my customery Draidle.
My first attempt was a snow globe with custom painted figure,
the paint started to wash out in the water, ruined figure and
globe trying to get it out again.
My second attemt was a larger working scale M.u.s.c.l.e.
Rubics Cubeman, after painting it,the paint acted like glue
and it broke into 27 pieces, put it back together with glue
but it lost the kewl aspect of it really working it had elements
of M.I.M.P. and M.u.s.c.l.e. the other kewl feature it had.
My third attemt for makeing and sending something was a
project that I was working on for myself so I sent that.
And yes it works and is one of the kewlest things I've made so far.
You'll not be dissapointed.
Sorry again.
not that it is discounted. We as consumers are conditioned to think"On Sale"means it's cheaper.

Yeah, the post office near me is insane every day now. It moves relatively quickly but the line is permanently long and the parking lot is permanently full. People will get on their cell phones and start complaining to someone on the other end pretty much right when they get there. It's soul-crushing. Thankfully i seem to be the only one in my city capable of using the automated postage thing, sooooo....that's pretty awesome. If people don't wanna wait in line they should be smarter, there's an alternative right there.

Plus teh automated service is available 24 hours a day at one local Post Office. My nearest office does not provide that service, unfortunately.
Yeah, some of them don't have it, all i'm saying is it's hilarious to see people standing like two feet from an unused machine and complaining about how long it's taking them to mail their small package.
I guess i should be happy they're not bothering though...much like u-scans at the grocery store, i'd imagine all it takes is one person to create a 20-minute wait out of something simple.
