I popped down the shop yesterday just for a browse.
And I came across these!  the new addition to the gross ghost series.
I took all that was there and asked a worker if they had any more. He said that they have been canceled and there will be no more in. Sounded like they weren't supposed to have them.
Which I though was weird anyway as the series 2 came out not long ago and series 7 hit less than a month ago.
So I accidentally have them?
Anyway These thing are rad!
They've got like a black ink wash sort of finish to them and have black eyes. They look sweet in my opinion.
the ultra rare ones you get have the fuzzy finish as in the original series 2 trashies: mouldy trash. so fuzzy and a harder plastic, not squishy.
and the special editions are a glow in the dark finish, some green some a grey colour.
They also have coffins instead of bins which is cool and work really well for stands in my collection of other mini figs too.
They don't glow in the dark though ::(
Thought I'd share, let me know what you think.

cheers!

Yeah, haha, those will work well with lots of my other micro figures.
Excite.

Nice. Bin Bros, Gunk Pumpkin, and Junkosaur were my favorites from that series. I'll try to track those down if they show up in stores here.

Are only the chase ones firm rubber/plastic, or is the whole series trending that way?

Yea only the ultra rares are the firm rubber but have a fluffy felt finish too, the image of the chili and the squid are the hard ones. you might be able to see the fluffy-ness in the image. But yea all the others are normal trashy material.

What a shame, would like to see them go firmer.  Still will probably pick up a pack or two.

Yeah, these might be some of the best-looking figures yet.

A little disappointed that "Grotty Bot Fly" is going to be a fuzzy one now, though. It was one of my favorite designs in the series (and one of my favorite animals!) but its original "color change" paint jobs looked terrible. I was hoping it'd get a better look some day, but now we just have it in fuzzy, which also hides a lot of detail.

It's gross ghosts variant is pretty good... But I agree... Sometimes, their color choices don't play well to the sculpt.

Looks like a couple of US sellers have them in hand.  I wonder if they are a Target Exclusive again?

Got a few 12 packs at Target today. $9.99 each. I think the coffin tin was $12.99, but I didn't get it. Got a few of my favorites. Spewster is one I didn't get that I want along with the other Junkosaur.

Only 3 doubles out of the 36 figures. Pretty good for a 60 figure set. They had two other 12 packs with different visible figures.

That zombie Bin Bros is one of my favorite Trash Pack figures yet.

Holy crap, these are amazing.

I didn't realise there were Series 3 repaints already, I still don't have all the Gross Ghosts series 1 and 2!

I found them at a Target yesterday, and picked up two packs. Got the fuzzy octopus in both packs, sigh.

I dig the paint schemes, but they don't feel as sturdy as the translucent ones do. I'll still collect the bug and animal ones though.
