There are 1-2 other members here who collect FOA. Give them a couple days/weeks to respond. I think someone even posted a few days ago about having some for trade/sale. Try a board search.

I can only speculate, but I have noticed that a lot of toy collecting is driven by nostalgia. I can't speak for others, but I never encountered FOA as a child, and therefore do not seek them out as an adult collector.

Furthermore, being painted, they don't fit the description of toy lines I do currently love and collect: mono-colored mini-figures.

And if others don't collect them, that just means more for you! ;)

Yes....nostalgia. Same for me. Probabily becouse FOA were relased on 1998 and that means that people who got FOA now are young(not more than 25 years old,me 22) and probabily when these young grow up and took nostalgia they will be interested about them. I got nostalgia until 19 xD

Sure, more for me. I am near to end all collection(including jap+ita and USA)

@Nano
lolz  :wallbash: B) same for me

I bought a few when they were on extreme discount at Kay Bees years ago but never really saw them again. I think they are a neat little corner of my collection but without the Nostalgia to drive them I'm not going to spend a lot of energy collecting them. I do think it's a shame these aren't as popular as Gormiti seems to be. I like the smaller stature way better.

*grins*

One of my desk drawers is full of Fistful of Aliens. I might post a pic and let people snag any doubles I have.

I did have the green ship/pod, but I seem to have misplaced it, which is a real shame. :(

Those are all awesome! I found some back in the late 90's, and fell in love with them... But lost them all, after moving out after high school.
I had never seen the Sciroid battle ship. Very neat finds.

I also, was a big fan of the smaller size, and paint schemes. Very cool stuff.

And, apparently, these things don't exist in the realm of ebay, or anywhere else.
I'm kind of surprised that they have been nearly impossible to find.

It's really hard to find these guys on eBay, you're right. Usually the same old guys, with the same old auctions when they do come up. But every once in awhile, you get someone with an Awesome lot.
I've missed out on a few of things I need to complete my collection, due to early closed auctions. Or people that seem to be scamming.
I am still a few figs/weapons/ships short of a complete collection.

If it weren't for the good guys, we'd all be BAD!

Hi, thanks, it wasn't on ebay or from an online store or anything. It was a private sale.
