That is an insane end price. I see there is a bidder with 0 feedback.
Is this a shilling scam or what?!

I wanted all 3 of these figures & was really angry to see a zero feedback ebayer jacking up the price on all of them.
Something about it stinks if you ask me, looks like blatant shilling. :verymad:

I didn't win any of them as it happens. :wallbash:

I don't think it was shilling.

Zero score bid 65.00 on a figure that 2 others bid 120+ on.

http://offer.ebay.co...em=300584613976

Zero score also bid on 7 different sellers items

http://offer.ebay.co...s_None_ViewLink

Each one of those 3 peru mimp had 2 other bidders that bid higher than zero score.

IMO no shilling here.

It looks suspicious. A month or so ago despite their rarity i could have picked those two blue ones up & still had change out of a £20 note.
It looks suspicious, that's all i'm saying.

Either way, it's a lot of money to pay for what are fairly unexceptional figures.

Sure, I was aware that their were two other high bidders
but still nothing like a little encouragement from a zero
feedback bidder :/

Either way this guy that has been selling these Peru
figures is in hog heaven! I bet his day job is now
searching for these.

I feel kind of smug that perhaps the value of this box
just went up! http://www.monsterco...om/peru-box.JPG

One thing my werewolf collection is missing is a Peru werewolf.... Very jealous of that black one Leviathan! If anyone has a peruvian werewolf to trade, I have a peru black cyclops or a black sonrics T-rex?

Interesting to see how different some of the sculpts are, especially Tengu, Harpy and Karnak. I quite like them!

Theres something dodgy going on with all these zero feedback new ebay account bidders lately. Theres been a lot of them - maybe shill bidding, but what about collectors who might not want to be outed for crazy spending and want to remain anonymous? Its all a bit mad, I mean its all very well having at least one person (no names) that hacks off people by winning all of a certain kind of figure but these crazy zero bids are getting up there too.

Well there goes my chance of owning a Peru behemoth, what a effin' wanker!!! same guy won all 3 lots, i only bid on Behemoth & was willing to pay stupidly high for him despite the other bids looking shady as eff!
Is Mr zero feedback a shiller of the seller or the seller himself or is it just a collector who hasn't got the balls to own to his stupid spending & has a duplicate account!?
Either way, thanks a lot you mothereffer!

I was following them to the end and it's interesting that the
zero feedback bidder actually won all 3 figures! If it was
the seller then I guess they will be relisted?! Otherwise it
a shame if someone just created a new account to conceal their
identity!

I can understand your frustration Adam, damn I would of been
as annoyed if that Behemoth was not already in my collection
(I am guessing it is the Dark Red). I was interested in the
Hunchback (don't own that sculpt) but kind of accepted early
on that it would sell for higher than I am prepared to pay.

Not that i collect Peru figures i was interested in the hunchback and mad scientist just to see their colours up close.
However, like i mentioned before i wont bid on items with sellers with low or zero feedback.

I dont know whats going on lately there seems to be so many zero feedback accounts bidding on such nice MIMP pieces.
I completely understand your frustration Adam when someone bids for something they have no intention of even wanting makes you wonder what there intensions are (Annoying people, Keeping prices high or just doing it for the fun of it!!).

Best to hope for is that sellers begin blocking these zero bidders.

Lets hope that pure collectors can bid and win without the worry of petty fools with nothing better to do that ruin a great hobby

I'm livid but i'm also annoyed at how annoyed i am over it, lol. this hobby shouldn't get to me like that but i had my heart set on that Behemoth.
It's just so frustrating how these things work out.
I got my yellow Peru Great Beast for under £10 or so, & now £80 won't even secure me a red Behemoth!?

i remember when i was outbid on the Pink Jotun Troll i was gutted -
(however, the seller came back to me after he said the other person didn't pay - reduced it back to my intial bet before the w***er got involved)

Perhaps this could be a similar situation - lets hope so
