I like the clean simple layout.

Thanks guys.

Yeah, I learned my lessons from the MUSCLE archive. If you notice, the layout is a little different. Instead of sculpts being vertical, I put them horizontal and vice versa with the colors. That way, I avoided the need for scrolling over (which I hate) to see the entire page.

Twenty-twenty hindsight, I may have done this with the MCIA as well. However, there would have been a shatload of pages on the MCIA then, which would not have been cool.

Also, the simple design is partially by design, and due to my limited knowledge (and desire to learn) HTML.

Anyhow, I really do hope this site encourages some to begin collecting Cheap Toys. As far as collecting, it's pretty fun, cheap, and challenging and the figures are easy to store/display.

Yep,nice and simple, but still like the MUSCLE archive layout better.
When are ya going to do one for C.U.T.I.E.'s B) .
I'm trying to collect the Rockity Rollers set in every color,
it's kind of difficult.

'On Sale' or 'For Sale'. It's really the same thing! The word, 'Sale' means YOU CAN BUY IT,
not that it is discounted. We as consumers are conditioned to think"On Sale"means it's cheaper.

I just picked up my first six and they are even better than I remember as a kid!! :D A lot smaller and more detailed - great!

Out of interest, is this expensive:

I'm not looking to buy it but was just wondering on price ranges.....thanks!

EDIT: Link changed and it works now!

Your link to that auction isn't working, but I think I know which one you mean. Is it the one that says, "I think I have a rare figure, but I'm not sure. Oh, by the way, no picture. Sorry. That'll be $50 for one figure."

If that's the one, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot monkey toenail.

Sent you a PM, btw.

:D

The link is still not working for me!

Anyhow here's what the asshat says in the description:

This lot is for Garbage Pail Kids cheap toy w/crummy candy(not to be eaten 20+years old) with Adam Bomb / Blasted Billy as figure this is a unopened pack but you can tell it is Adam Bomb this is from my personal collection that I'm breaking up ---the only problem is I can't tell what color it is ---I'm thinking yellow but don't hold me to it ---It is rare to get this figure in a opened pack ----I will be taking offers but serious offers only

----a rare item --the pack looks like a garbage bag

no pics ---Sorry : (

any questions feel free to ask

I'm still torn till I get a 'proper' red to compare.

I reckon they may be faded red?

I managed to make these customs though in the meantime, the lack of figures available on ebay means my collection is frustratingly small so I have to bulk it up somehow!

They're not 100% perfect (this time) but they look pretty good together all the same:

Very cool page... I really like the design and I've never seen these figures before. Great, something new to try and track down :woot:
