Ramenman Cartoon Figure?

Kinnikuman Muscle Unidentified Ramenman Colored

Best Answer BaltanII , 27 May 2014 - 10:55 PM

Banpresto did a series of action figures of various Japanese heroes (this is not to be confused with Bandai's Chojin Power Series) with the same kind of simplistic articulation as your mystery Ramenman figure. Though I can't find more info to confirm if a Kinnikuman line was done, I suspect that's the original line he's from.

The other three figures in your third pic are Kinnikuman High Grade gashapon/capsule toys by Bandai. Not sure about the mix of smaller toys in your first two picks, but similarly I'm sure they're also gashapon or shokugan/candy toys of some kind.

I have had these figures for a little while now, and I have not been able to find any information about them. There is a Ramenman figure, that appears to be from Ramenman's spinoff cartoon. It is stamped 1999 @ Y/S-T. I also have many small colored figures that are labeled the same as larger gashapon. Any information would be appreciated!

Thanks, I figured out that much as I have watched the cartoon, but there are also characters from the original kinnikuman. I was wondering what toy line they were from. Also, have you ever seen the Ramenman figure before because nobody seems to be able to tell me what it is.

You are indeed correct sir. I looked into it, and Banpresto did a Kinnikuman line, which is where the ramen man figure came from. Thank you for your help!
