I found this in a box of ghostbusters stuff I had tucked away in a garage for decades but it doesn't look or feel like a ghostbusters toy. It actually opens like a jaw and has a tongue inside. It looks like it says 1990 but it's too hard for me to make out for certain.
Any ideas?

It is a Swamp Thing accessory. It came with Snare Arm Swamp Thing.
