Hello everyone! Just wanted to chime in on this and say that today (Sat. March 16th) I found a series 3 Canadian Shreddies ORANGE Abominable Snowman! He was in a little baggie I found at a flea market/ collectors show and sale. Once I found this treasure I knew I had to buy it as I do have a pink one and a pink Johnny Squarefoot to! Was so excited to find this! I have never come across an orange one before. The rest of the baggie had a bunch of 1986 SOMA Wrestlers. So that was a good find! Any idea what this orange Abominable Snowman might be worth??

About 20 squirrels. Or some amount of money. The right choice is obvious. ;)

Also, the name of your other figure is Jimmy Squarefoot not Johnny. Unless that's another unreleased figure we've all yet to discover! Lol

Maybe he's Jimmy and Johnny, in the same way that you are Andy and "Ant" ^_^

I'd say any colour Series 3 is rare. But it also depends on the sculpt. For me, Blue/Cyan is the less common colour out of the entire lot.

Am I right in think that Orobas in any colour is a more difficult sculpt to get hold of? I rarely see him pop up compared to Abominable Snowman, Leviathan etc.

What I do know for sure is that when I end up getting my first series 3 figure I'll be like...

Yeah I'd say you're quite right there burty. Especially in Shreddies Blue and/or Green. He's rather common in Pink whenever I see him crop up on ebay from time to time.

Have to say though, theres way too many Anubis's appear on there in my humble opinion... -_-

Yeah Ebay. There are 3 pictures of it, it looks great to me. The seller lists it as excellent condition.

Almost every Ebay seller lists MIMPs in Excellent condition. I have seen headless figures listed as excellent condition. Hopefully yours is mint though.

The picture looks great to me. Shows both front and back, pictures with both flash and no flash. I noticed the seller just put up more series 3 for sale but started them at $50 to bid. I'm guessing he was expecting to get more for this figure. Honestly, I'm surprised there weren't more bids on it.

He might be perfect, I was more focusing on the second part of what you said about the seller's listing as to its condition. Every MIMP figure on Ebay is "Rare" and "in excellent condition." I personally didn't bid on him because I thought I saw fade on the blue. I take no chances on Series 3 conditions.

I´ve also seen this blue Snowman. The seller provided 3 photos and on one of them where he is standing you can see that one of the figure`s feet does not stand flat on the bottle-lid. Nothing major and also might be the lid too and the figure is perfect but though this have kept me away from bidding since i`m looking to replace mine for a 100%minty one.

I keep missing all of these auctions because when I do a worldwide search it automatically filters out items where the seller won't ship to the UK :wallbash: This is the iPad app I'm talking about and not the regular site which doesn't seem to do this.

All depends on the figure mate. I'd say the current rate is more like $70-$100 - could be mistaken though....

More like the going rate for buying them from the US is $70-100, and the going rate for reselling them on eBay UK is $30-60

This must be pandagenma's series 3 lot for sale that she was asking about on the first page of this thread:

http://www.ebay.com/...=item4172744000

That's approx. £54 per figure on the buy it now, or approx. £28 per figure if it goes for one bid.
