Hi guys,
looking around searching for MIMPs Pictures I found online this picture from an Old Toys Website. :o
Take a look to the picture. Seem like a Prototype serie to create larger MIMPs. ;)

This is fantastic!! Great find. What is the URL of the picture? I wonder if those prototypes ever made it out into the public.

Very cool find. :D

I don't think so.. Take a look to the Windigo Face expression and mouth, completely different by the normal one we all know. Then also the Red Cap Knife is larger and Kali seems more detailed than normal one..
I don't think they are respective larger protos of normal MIMPs.
Instead they probably are protos created by someone with idea to make another toy line larger and detailed than matchbox MIMPs.

Hey guys I've received the 2:1 scale prototypes yesterday and they're really large.
Take a look to the pictures.
These are from Rich Roland; the original Sculptor hired from Matchbox in circa '90 to carve 6 figures to use as bench mark and standards for MIMP's 1st serie.
They come with Certificates of Authenticity

Thank you guys,
I'm so prowd to have these masterpieces now in my collection.
However it's a real shame guys I've to advice you that the Silver Ghost custom is erased at the moment... in this period the value of Silver and Gold grew up a lot and it's too expensive now order to my goldsmith a job like that. <_<

I wonder if those could be prototypes from the aborted "Quest" line.
