Subject: RE: Gormiti Supreme Eclipse 5/6cm Figures.

Hello Jane,

First of all, BIG thank you for your quick reply :)

To date, I have never even seen any Supreme Eclipse foil bags, either on the internet or in stores and, asking at a Toys 'R' Us store in Oxford recently, I was told that their Gormiti products come in blind boxed with the same shipping numbers on, so they don't even know what they will be getting. Most stores around the country still seem to be receiving the old 'Cartoon Series' or Series 4 and haven't even had a single shipment of Supreme Eclipse figures.

The fact that the missing Lords seem impossible to find leads me to wonder if they were even made in the first place.
Perhaps the moulds never made it from Italy?

For you to be able to send me the missing figures from my collection would be fantastic!
I am more than happy to pay for them if you managed to find the said figures and sent a bill along with them, that is no problem at all.

Once again, the figures I am missing and desperately seeking are;

**Lucas the Lord of the Forest**
**Armageddon the Lord of the Volcano**
**Magmion the Lord of the Volcano**
**Supreme Luminescent the Lord of the Light**
Obscurio the Lord of the Darkness
(All are Supreme Eclipse series Lords and of the smaller 5/6cm Range)

Big, big thank you again!

Many thanks,

Dave Thorn.

Dear Dave,

Thank you for your email, here at Flair we value all our customers and sincerely apologise for the oversight in not responding to your previous email. We do aim to answer any query we receive within a 24-48 hour period unfortunately it can take longer to respond after the Christmas and New Year period, this is when we experience a higher volume of queries. It should not at any point take three months to reply as this is not acceptable customer service.

It is very difficult to determine where you are able to purchase the figures you are looking for separately, as we are an office based company we do not hold the products here to see. The foil bags in particular are now completely out of stock unfortunately, if you could forward us your address details and if we are able to send some to you we would be happy to send them.

Kind regards

Yeah, their customer service is good. I remember emailing them when I was buying Series 1 because I got a 4-pack which had an empty mystery figure box (should have been Multiform) and another which had a Magic Lookout with no legs. They sent me what they had in the office, which was a Multiform Anonymous and a Steel Beak.

Flair is actually owned by Gormiti parent company Giochi Preziosi as opposed to being a licensee, so I suppose they have the good name fo Gormiti to uphold.

Alas,,,I spoke too soon!

The figures that turned up today were the Lucas, Armageddon, Magmion and Supreme Luminous from the new Titanium set :(

My search continues....

But it does give me a chance to give my opinion on the new set.
I was expecting great things from Titanium, seeing as they have interchangeable parts, but based on the figures I just got, they're pretty poor.
They have that horrible cheap plastic feel and look to them and are poorly painted, with very basic detail.

Compared to Atomic and Supreme Eclipse, Titanium is a big step backwards.
Perhaps they should have stuck to non-articulated figures!
