I found this mixed in with some accessories from the 1970s GI Joe Adventure Team line. I matched up all of the other toys with their appropriate sets, but this one still has me stumped. It seems to be a radio or transmitter.
It could be from a different toy line, of course. The box also had a few odd and ends from 1980s GI Joes and Transformers, but I'm pretty sure this mystery device isn't from those lines.
