Was wondering if anyone would class any of the mini boglins from the tribes from series 1&2 rare in certain colours?

Not including scouts & black spys.

Short answer is: No, nothing really rare. 

 

The more brightly coloured ones  were released later on (wave three) for each tribe are less common. 

Chief Krusha is a little rarer too. Or at least I don't see him pop up very often.

Yeah Chief Crusha seems to be quite uncommon in anything other than orange.

I read someone on here previously said that glerp, stog & stroll in the wave 3 neon colours were more uncommon than slimes.
Other than that theres not much said about rarety like there is with mimps.

Krusha is common in orange and neon yellow. Scandanavian only in neon red and neon pink.

Yeah but it's getting hold of the Scandinavian ones is the problem.
