Found all these in my TMNT stuff, but couldn't find any figures that they went to. The two glow in the dark ones I had in my Other World and Toxic Crusaders stuff, but they don't belong with either of those. They don't look like Super Naturals weapons either. That searchlight has a flag on it that says "Big Dripper". The skull and crossbones thing is a skateboard (Bart's?).
Some more weapons/accessories to ID

The "Big Dripper" is from the Sewer Seltzer Cannon. The red claws and guns are Fugitoid accessories.
The brown and orange thing looks like a Star Trek phaser with a sculpted beam? And the pink thing looks like a miniature Pterodactyl Zord, maybe a keshi version. Picture's not the best so it's hard to get a better look at everything.
EDIT: D'oh, saw I could zoom in on the pic. The weird glow in the dark cylinder is actually a Toxic Crusaders weapon, it's just one of the secret random ones that any figure could have.

I believe that the RPG, on the far right, belongs to John Rambo.

Specifically, the 1990 Bart Simpson action figure made by Mattel. Most toys and depictions of Bart's skateboard now stick with the lime green and an orange stripe.
