This little dude has been knocking around the bottom of my toy boxes for as long as I can remember. I can't bring myself to throw him out, but I have no idea what it's from. Firm rubber and painted black dots for eyes; weird Japanese-octopus style mouth. No copyright or other markings, but I've had this since at least the early 90's, likely longer.

 

I thought maybe it's some sort of game piece?

Reminds me of the Quasarian Planetoids from the Herculoids. But they are not blue.

haha yeah they do kind of look similar. I'm just assuming it's a penguin but it could be a blob creature as well
