From what I can recall in the manga, he is like a groupie or fan of Terry Man's. He is only on one or two pages in the whole entire manga, then you never see or hear of him again. They did that with quite a few Muscles actually, created them from virtual nobodies. Another example would be that Chavo figure, only one page in the manga.

i always had dixieman be a tag team with terryman. not sure i had names for them

chavo was teammates with the piper figure.. they were power and glory
