Looks very similar to the playmobil toys. Not sure if they ever had markings since it's not a thing I collect.

I thought they might be Playmobil as well when I researched them. They are very similar in appearance... but yet slightly different in the waist/hip joint and leg length.

 

Still can't find an exact match though for the brand and year range these were produced.

They could possibly be bootlegs or knockoffs then. This is far far from my area of expertise though. I'm sure somebody else on here will know more about this than me.
