Those are Kid's Meal premiums from Wendy's - "Alien Mix-Up". There were six of them, and you could swap their upper and lower torsos.

Found these 2 misfits deep inside the old flea market toy pile. The only markings are "Applause"

Yup, I have the red one and another. I love the material they are made of, and that POP when you pop 'em apart!
