I've had this little kaiju forever, and would really like to know he is. I suspect it's a bootleg Ultra keshi, but I wanna know which monster he's based on in particular. After kicking around my toyboxes for twenty years, I at least owe it to him to track down the show he appeared in!

This was a tricky one, but I found her! She is Rolan from Ultraman Leo, episode 30. All of Ultraman Leo should be available to watch free on Crunchyroll, so no great pains to check out her episode.
