Interesting story, moved into my home about 19 years ago, I've started kitchen renovations and found this little guy behind the counter, I didn't own this toy as a child, so I'm guessing it was owned by the people who lived here before, this puts a date somewhere in the 80's or early 90's. I've done a bunch of searching, but no luck. Any ideas?

All the toy has on the feet is "Disney" on one foot, and "Playmates Toys, Inc." on the other.
