Jey guys picked up this guy the other day for $1 from a garage sale. dOES ANYBODY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HIM?

i know nothing of this guy,
but on a wild guess i would say he looks like he's a 80's retro type of guy, he obviously had 2 guns/pistols at one point judging by the holes in each fist, does he work whhen batteries are inserted??
what sounds does he make, you can usualy tell what era he's from by the type of sounds, he's cool though

He looks like one of those MARS robot toys that Walmart sells for chump change, as a generic and very shitty alternative to Transformers. Probably worth exactly that dollar you paid and nothing more.
