Looks to be a common Diener eraser to me. Definitely nothing to do with MIMP.

Im sure it was a early 90s Shredies or Coco Shredies Cereal toy they used to be a geat site called Yowie Magi that had lots of photos of UK cereal promos but it seems to no longer exist.
