My cousin gave me these two little guys yesterday. They have little levers on the back to make their arm or leg punch or kick and are made out of a kinda hard plastic. Muscle is for a sense of scale.

I have the one in the middle. All I know is that I got it out of a toy vending machine (probably in the 90s). I'm not sure if they had a specific name.
