Since y'all were so helpful in ID'ing my Ugly Wugglies, I thought I'd try again. This toy is a hard
rubber, rainbow colored chinese dragon about 15" long (I estimate). I used to have one and lost it.
I found a pic online from someone who also had Ugly Wugglies. Does anyone know the name? Or where
I can get one (my mother can't find my old one)

I've seen that dragon a few times, though not with that paint scheme. Actually, I think I have the same one in green somewhere. As far as I know they were just generic toys sold at dime stores so they might be tough to search for. Your best bet would probably be to do a saved search for "rubber dragon figure" on eBay--they probably pop up there from time to time.

Found a chat room where someone said it was made by "Imperial", but no other info.

Ah yeah, Imperial made a lot of random plastic and rubber monster figures that were sold in the 70s and 80s, I think. Here's a recently ended eBay auction of Imperial figures that looks to have your dragon in it:

Imperial was the best. Had tons of their dinos when I was a kid. Perfect bath and outside toys ever.

Imperial toys were awesome for the kinds of dinosaurs that you didn't mind getting battered around! It's not like you had to worry about missing parts, messing up the paint, or getting gunk in the joints. I'd never play with something like my Jurassic Park dinosaurs or Trendmasters Godzilla toys in a sandbox (though I had a cousin visiting that took it upon himself to do it once... damn it).
