Picked these up at a flea market today, I think the monster guy is some kinda cheapo dollar store thing but I dunno about the other ones. The jackhammer guy has a letter "C" on the bottom. Any ideas?

Upper-left is a generic dinosaur-ish monster. You can still find a lot of figures from its set in stores now, though the ones that were obviously not dinos have been removed.
INTERESTINGLY: Some of those dinosaurs became D&D monsters, like the Rust Monster and Bulette.

yeah casey is from a bootleg set, they are all like that. cant stand well and are made of cheap plastic.

Put crushed ice and water in a bowl & pour boiling water in another. Put figure in hot for a few, then bend Legs to stand followed by dunk in ice water. Check figure, repeat till he stands.

i'll be heading to a flea market tomorrow hopefully some goodies will be found there.
