This guy keeps saying theres no way to tell between capsules. I'm assuming he was wrong?

Yep, those codes above tell you who your're getting in a tube if you can't see the turtle.

I'm pretty excited about these. Hopefully it's not a $7 price point, though.

Its cool that they brought this idea back, and as much as I love the little turtles included, I'm most excited about the canister the ooze comes in. I might pick up a couple to throw up on the shelf.

I need anyone's extras, I think these are going to be a non exclusive ToysRUs exvclusive as non of the new Wal-Mart modulars have a space for them.

No one has posted an image with these and the old ones yet unfortunately.

Great info. They will certainly be cheaper at Wallyworld.

I just checked my toy r us and they didn't have any. hopefully they will show up at target soon. btw, since like a week before christmas every tmnt section I've seen from a couple targets to toy r us is just completely sold out.. except for like a tmnt blow up couch seat.. and tmnt ear buds.. very popular.

Haha this thread keeps getting better...I think he meant Toys R Us will be the only store that carries these and so by default it becomes an exclusive. I doubt Walmart will get these, they have been pretty much downsizing the toy section in all the Walmarts by me and they have horrible stock. Target, I think, should get these when the vehicles come out. I'm a bit nervous that the only TRU that had these around me has removed the tag for these :(

Yeah I mean there are tons of things TRU gets Wal-Mart and Target never do but they aren't actually exclusive to TRU.

Also, the Turtle sections at the WM do not have a tag and even the computer readout for WM that is new doesn't have them on there.

So while I would love to get them at WM I don't think they will be there, I know tags get moved as I worked at WM but usually when a modular is first reset they manage to keep the tags in place for a day or so before third shift slides everything around so they can plug the holes.

Or WM is going to charge $8.88 per canister, but I know those prices are for the new ooze slinging versions not the canisters.

I can't imagine that Walmart would carry ooze-centric (yeah, when else do you get to say that? haha) figures, without offering the ooze as well.

Hey that's Wal-Mart logic for you, it seems like it would be in the SMART system those pictures are from.

Well, even if Wallyworld drops the ball, I would bet that Target wouldn't. TMNT shit is way too hot right now, for retail outlets to pass up on.

Yeah Target does get some things Wal-Mart doesn't but oddly enough the local Target here had pulled a Wal-Mart trick where they had the empty turtle section they pushed out abunch of clearance Pokémon.

So more than likely no one will order any new ones since they have it covered over with Pokémon tags.

They just do that to mask the fact that they have empty space. When their next Playmates shipment comes in, they will undoubtedly correct that.

Yep, there has been sightings of the new TMNT Ooze series figures at Targets and so the Ooze will soon follow, the figures look horrible though

Yeah, I read a review of the ooze-slinger figures that says they're barely articulated - just swivel arms & neck.

Like, not to sound like a miserable bastard, but do any of us really care that the ooze gimmick figures are trash? I mean, all I care about are the minis that come in the ooze. I also highly doubt that they'd wind up making more different ooze minis, so I am pleased that we're getting this much.

I was only saying that about the figures because my son likes TMNT and figured I would check them out and see if they were cool, but they suck. Of course I'm only interested in the little guys. I found another Toys R Us that put out a full box of 12 and it was empty, I asked and they said they sold in 1 day :( I still need 2 turtles for the set.
