It seems to be up right now. I was having some problems with this eariler, though. I downloaded all the MuscleUK information, and apparently that was a bit too much downloading at once for my server... :woot:

Anyway, if it happens again, just PM me and I'll bee-eye-itch to somebody about it!

Glad everyone liked those! It's funny to go back and read stuff we printed so long ago when we still knew so little about the history of the toyline. Anyhoo, I've been getting e-mails asking if back issues were available. I believe so, but I'll have to find them. When/if I do, I'll put the info on my site on how to obtain them. ~sigh~ the nostalgia makes me feel like designing a new fanzine.

well with all the info that is known now, and with the new Ultimate Muscle show, you can probley make another one. I read a few of them from Tortles site, and I have to say that they are pretty entertaining.

darrin you have my support of you decide to do this. also i think it would be nifty to send out a free random G1 muscle with each letter (it shouldnt be too hard, just up the price a bit)

@ wraith, alright, it might be possible, but you shouldnt tell him he should give away his MUSCLEs e+ (even though that would be neat its kind of rude to assume)
a new newsletter would be awesome, talking about what colors they made certain MUSCLEs,UM being in america would help(a critic area for the new ep of UM kinda thing), but it would probably be very hard for darrin(i can call you that right?)
btw, are you planning on any updates soon, MUSCLETOYS?

He didn't ask. The newsletter cost money. Wraith suggested that the subscription could cost more to offset the inclusion of a MUSCLE.

And by the way, a new newsletter would be killer.

Could you point out where you mentioned he might not want to sell his MUSCLE's? My old eyes must be failing me.

Would people want the newsletter to cover new & vintage, or just one?

I'd just want a vintage newsletter, but that's because I don't really care about the new stuff.

I vote for the newsletter covering vintage and new. I love both of them. Plus, Ultimate Muscle brings in a whole new set of fans that didn't experience MUSCLEs the first time around. Also, there are fans that are Kinnikuman fans rather than MUSCLE fans (like me) who enjoy both G1 and G2 toys and stories. A combined newsletter would appeal to more people and give everyone something that they would enjoy.

Not only that but it would keep things fresh. You cant live completely in the past forever and change does need to occur. But still nothing beats G1 toys.

Yeah, there's only SO much you can do with a strictly M.U.SC.L.E. newsletter. Right now I'm leaning towards doing a quarterly newsletter. No subscription. That way... if you want an issue you just send in the money or pay through Pay Pal. Haven't given much thought giving away freebies. Heck.. in the olden days you used to get a free 4-Pack for joining The M.P.S. (They were ALOT more abundant back then)
By the Way Knuxman, lots of updates are on the way, I just haven't had time to put them together the way I want to with my work schedule.
