Well that was entertaining. Now the question is whether anyone ever sees that claw again.

Seriously, though... That rule of two, has made the FOA collecting market just bonkers. To my knowledge, there's less than twenty of us that really collect them here in the states... We could probably all have master sets, if we didn't turn every auction into a forehead slapping shit show.

The whole thing doesn't make sense to me. Last purple claw went for what? 300 about? Then is one goes for 700+....why? It would make more sense that things keep going DOWN in auction endings.
Example... Satan cross just ended last week for $78. So....why did another auction for a satan cross never hit a starting bid at $40? The $40 auction ended after the $78 auction by a day or two....and then nobody that bid under that $78 picked up the $40???
Would make sense that the next lower bidder would have picked up that one for $40-
I do not understand....but I do understand that people bid on shit anyway to KEEP the price up high.....maybe that's the whole deal- assholes ruin things for other!

Glad you posted the question about the $78.99 Satan Cross. I was stumped last week. I'm a newbie here, but cant make sense how the same figure can go for $31 the next week. I actually scored my first Flesh Satan Cross last week in an under labeled auction of 16 figures for $41....so roughly $thirty something for SX.
What do you call it around here? Pseudo-Rare? Reading Nathan's, sounds like there really wasnt any real rarity in the distribution of Satan Cross.
