This looks like it is from a movie but with no markings it's hard to guess which one. It is 5cm tall and made from hard plastic...

I agree with Ridureyu. That monkey is pretty creepy. But it's not from Hell. It's seems to be from a Barbie line. Okay, I guess from Hell...
