Hello everyone,   I am brand new to this forum and have acquired a rather large lot of M.U.S.C.L.E. from a former collector.  While inspecting and sorting the figures I noticed that I have a transparent figure with almost a tinge of red or orange.  The figure has the proper marking on the back.  Has anyone ever seen anything like this before and is it common or uncommon? I have spent days researching and either I am missing the proper info or it simply doesn't exist?  I will try to post some pics, hopefully they show up in this post!  Thanks in advance for any help!

There are legit clear reddish kinkeshi out there but this one seems more towards an orange shade, and the rubber in excess along the seam lines suggests a bootleg.

I saw a (bootleg) clear orange Pandaman two days ago on ebay so it's not impossible, they don't surface very often though, nice one!

Bootleg. Probably from a vending machine.

Hi, thanks for the quick responses.  I assume you mean "bootleg" as in someone used an actual figure to make a mold to copy from and that would be why it has the correct markings on the back, its a pretty good copy as there don't seem to be any detail issues or air bubbles you would normally see without injection molding of some sort, were there legit companies that did this back then or was it some guy in his garage?  Does something like this have any value at all or is it considered trash?

They do have clear kinkeshi.  Usually they have glitter in them.  I have dozens.  Not sure if yours is legit or not, but even if it were they usually don't sell for anything more than solid ones from my experience.  I know in Japan where I got most of my clear ones, they were the same exact price as the solids.

There is also some Kinnikuman board game that had weird colored and clear ones as well, I think they were green and pink.

Hope I'm not reviving a necro thread, if so my apologies. Now I'm nowhere near an expert on M.U.S.C.L.E. figures, just collected them as a kid. But on my recent E-bay scoutings, I came across a similar sub genre of these. Transparent in different colors and some with glitter in them. Most were listed in Greece and were called "Exogeni" I believe. Wonder if they might be a special type of M.U.S.C.L.E. line intended for release in Greece? Again I'm no expert and I might be wrong.

Exogini were from a few places in Europe, and you're right that transparent figs often are Exogini, however this is not a sculpt that was used in the Exogini line. Also as far as I know, Exogini was not produced in a colorless clear like this, but I know a few 'dead stock' Cosmix figs have appeared in a similar colorless clear, however this sculpt was not used in the Cosmix line either.
