I believe I found the mold for that guy.  See him in the top row next to the archer?  This is a box from a company called Chad Valley but it looks like it may come from different distributors....see this ebay listing from a company called keenway..

looks like both of these have a darker beard though...so I imagine it is some sort of variant on this and probably came from a similar set at some point in the past.

there's even an "unboxing" video on youtube for one of these sets...the keenway one.  :)

you can see a slightly walleyed version of your figure at about the 3 minute mark, but it has blue trim on the armor and the shield isn't painted the same.

So not exactly the same but pretty darned close!  :D

Hi!  Anybody recognize this cute little guy?

He's 3"-ish tall.  He's a knight.  He's a bear.  He's a bearknight.  Or maybe a lion?

-No brand markings anywhere on him.
-Joints are not articulated.
-The material is a little rubbery, not hard like an action figure.

-My 5-year-old named him Beary and is obsessed.

Thanks in advance.  You all were great ID-ing another toy for me.  -Marian

I love these guys. I've seen them pop up from time to time but can't give an accurate ID. I would suspect it's from another company trying to capitalize off of Fisher Prices' Castle adventure series from the early 2000's.

I always thought that was a white castle toy.  I have a few different figures of this same line.

This probably doesn't help but it looks like the paint is just rubbed off of his nose instead of a bear nose. It also looks like he could straddle a horse.

Quite right, you can see the blue underneath other spots where the paint has chipped away.

Hilarious!  So he's probably a "human" with a worn nose.  The search continues.

White Castle as in the restaurant?  That would make sense - it looks like it could be a kids' meal toy.

Big, Welly, Jimbo, Jumbo? One of the German group, shipped-in from China, possibly Supreme originally?
