Sure, that's the little troll dude from the Bravestarr line.  There is a corresponding 'evil' version.

 

Neat line, btw, if you can look past the western theme.

 

'Scuzz' and 'Fuzz', I believe.   I have Handlebar and Sandstorm.  Such well made and great monster toys.
