I have a couple of questions.  I'm getting ready to put some toys on Ebay... and I want to make sure I'm describing things correctly.

First off, were the Mordels randomly attached to the toys?  Or was it like the Ghosts in the Real Ghostbuster lines where you always got the same one in the same package with a particular figure?

Second, is it just me... but I never remember the Wicked Cricket working amazingly well.  The Bloodstone guy was great.  But somehow the "squeeze" function of the Cricket never had the same WOW factor.

SO now that I am getting ready to sell my Wicked Cricket, I'm examining the condition and it looks fantastic.  The only thing is that its not as easy to squeeze the back to make the face pop out anymore.  I can only assume that this is the plastic getting a little harder with age?  Not damage per se, but simply age?  Is that common?  Is my understanding correct?

Thanks in ADVANCE!

The mordles were NOT random. Each Rock or Bug came with a specific mordle figure. For example, Blooderfly always came with the long legged, orange mordle.

And about the hardened rubber, I've had this conversation with DrKent once before. He said there may have been different waves made at different factories, and each factory may have made the rubber mixture differently. I too have multiples of certain bugs and some are hard as a rock, while the others are still as soft as the day they were made.

Thanks for the info Fuzz...

I remembered Bloodstone coming with the Red Mordel, so all the pictures I took were with that particular Mordel.  Whoops.  I guess he came with the Cricket!  Time to take new photos.

I'll check out the link right now.

I appreciate it.

Oh wait - I guess he did come with the red one.

HEY - did anyone else feel like this growing up... I always though that Bloodstone looked like the creature in the 80's horror flick Basketcase!!

Again, thanks for the info.
