It is also worth noting that these were sighted on ebay, and TanRnet did not have them in hand when he originally posted.
As far as this toy line is concerned, I have two of these, as well as some others that I suspect are from the same line:

I'm currently working on restoring and making these more accessible to those who want them, working on plastic versions and going to be working on rubber versions as well.
Let me know if anyone is interested, if anyone can take clear front, back, left, and right images of each figure in an orderly manner I can make them.
