$40-$300
Mammothman $60-$100 for colors, $150-$200+ for flesh
Prices have been crazy lately, can go higher or lower.
Reissue would be $5

Eric's pretty close - I was lucky & got the Mammothman late last year for $30 - the ones I have sold have been about $60 each & they are colored ones, the prices on the Flesh ones are crazy

They pop up rarely, but will be more expensive on ebay since you only have japanese scalpers selling there. There is the off chance you will get a US seller selling one on ebay, might get a decent deal but they are very far and few between.
To get a decent price you gotta go to YAJ, and play the waiting game as well.
