I pulled this figure out of the door of my project mustang. can anyone give me an id and approximate age?
he is wearing underwear, and boots.

may have been painted as it has a black flakey crust all over the entire figure. it was very discoloured as there was a heap of cigarette butts down there too.

89-early 90's. I recall no longer seeing them for sale around 93. Mostly only sold at dollar stores and occasionally drug stores that sold toys.
