Sweet! Thanks for the reviews! I've been thinking about getting a GBA for awhile now, and now that Donkey Kong is available, I'm definitely getting it! And I love this card technology, it's the main reason I'm getting the system!

I've got a couple questions for you, though. Do you think that Nintendo will strongly support the card technology, or will it be analogous to the Genesis and Sega CD, where Sega just completely abandoned the CD soon after its release? Also, does GBA play normal Gameboy and Gameboy Color games? Thanks!

GBA plays ...
GB
GB color
and GBA games

they have 4 card lines out now
Animal Crossing
NES pack 1 (Ballon fight , Donkey kong jr,excite bike, pinball ,tennis)
NES pack 2 ( baseball, donkey kong, ice climber mario bros, urban champion)
Pokémon (the newest series)

they have planned
Game & watch (the lCD games)
Kirby (their making a Gamecube game and these card will be add ons)
more NES packs

The good part is they said that they aren't making any new consoles
, but they may make new handhelds.
You need to buy a 10$ addon to hook your GBA to your GC for animal crossing and kirby cards.
they say it doesn't work on 100% of the GB games ,but only 97% (big deal)
they seems to have big plans ,but the only cards that are really selling
are the animal crossing cards, the nes cards never seem to go outta stock.

With this new addon GBA to TV e-reader might become more popular
since you may be able to play NES on the TV

right now there are 10 games (45$) plus the (30$) for the attachment(you get DK or Pinball with it)
even if it does go out, you have 10 games for the price of 1 PS2,GC,or Xbox

Overall i feel it's solid.
and secondly I'm hoping to find out alittle about these bad boys.
cause the dot matrix seems to look like 1bbp of the roms
so if it is possible to break the roms into gifs in the 1 bit plane
and put them onto cards you can make NES rom 2 E-card.
