For Serie 1 it´s fair to say prices are generally a bit lower than what Serie 2 figures go for simply because those have been around less worldwide.

Serie 1 average price per beast in good condition and complete; $7.50 - $12

Serie 2 average price per beast in good condition and complete; $9 - $15

Condition is the crucial issue here because that´ll easily make a few bucks difference.

So based on that and knowing a Serie 1 set consisting out of 28 figs you´ve to keep in mind a price of around $225 - $350 for a full set and for the Serie 2 set consisting out of 24 figs the price is around $225 - $360.

But this is only based pure on the figure costs, excl shipping, and there´s not a lot of these set complete as such and in good condition for sale meaning you´d have quite some costs to keep in mind with for shipping when going for individual figures.

This is an estimate based on my experiences so far but its not uncommon for figs in really good condition to hit even more than the prices mentioned, it just depends a little on who and how the condition is valued.

Not sure if you´re on the buying or selling side but if you have the time for both cases goes use it. When selling it might be good to stay a little more on the lower side of the estimates while even that might be though to find the right buyer and when buying just take your time and try to combine as much figures in one buy to save on shipping.

Good luck!

Thanks man....

I have a guy I know at the flea market I frequent who has both series 1 and 2.  I want to pick them up, just wasn't sure if he inflated his price or whatever...which was $800.  I am thinking he is starting the haggling high and I could possibly end up with them for around $600.

hmmmmm....what to do what to do!

No problem, hope it helps a little.

From the seller´s perspective the $400 for a set ain´t to strange either depending on how he´s been gathering the Beasts. If he has been buying them himself recently (past years) and selecting figures to be sure to get them in a good condition those prices are realistic from his perspective but if he´s had them since his childhood and just found them in a box somewhere (and isn´t to attached) I´d say you have quite some room to work with.

So depending on his position in it I´d say you should aim at $450 - $600 for the both sets IF the condition is as good as you stated above so all complete with working (original!) rubs and without serious paint issues.

Enjoy the haggle and if you need more info or an opinion just let it know.
