Unfortunately, I don't have a picture and have scoured the Internet trying to figure out what this is, but can't find it anywhere. Anyone know what it could be? Possibly about 6 inches tall? Plastic or harder rubber.

Can't take a picture?   What about:  Markings?  Colors?  Articulated or not?   Is the book an accessory or something molded to his hand?

That's what I thought, as well, Optimus.  The father's triceratops boss, always shown from behind his desk.  What about Triceraton, especially the version from a few years ago?

I love the way that silly toy package advertises the waist swivel like it's a big feature. We had two of them in the family, one for my brother and one for one of my sisters, while I was the lucky one to have Baby Sinclair. "Not the mama!"

The accessory is actually a clipboard, not a briefcase, which would only explain the error even more.

"Not the mama!"

My childhood best-friend couldn't breathe from laughing every time the baby said that.

As a child, I actually hit my father with a spoon and screamed "Not the Mama!" Needless to say he wasn't too pleased...

Thank you for your responses. It's not a character from the dinosaurs tv show. I would describe it as "cutesier" than those dinosaurs. The book or whatever he was holding was attached to him. I think he was white and painted with colors. He did not have poseable or bendable limbs; he was all one piece. I can't take a picture because I don't own it and only saw it briefly at a consignment sale. Regret not grabbing it as it was cheap and adorable. It was in a bag with other smallwe items, marked "baby toys". It wasn't a squeeze or soft toy.

Also, there was a great deal of detail in the face/head with respect to horns, etc. but not necessarily realistic if that makes sense.
