I'm more posting this for kicks because I'm going through a bunch of old toys...

But I can't think of the name of this toys line. It was from ideal toys and it was a line of rubbery figures that I think came in an egg? And you could pull them apart and stick them back together again. Of course it was all a big Farce!! They never went back together right.

Anyhow there was a slime pit play set too... That's what this is a picture of. And if you look at the pic I took of the top... I would say that the two rubber figures are dried up and crumpled inside. I haven't had the heart to pull them out yet.

One is green and one is orange!

I'll post pics of what they look like after I pull them out.

Wow I'm getting such a nostalgia rush right now!

Sorry guys - I'm totally entertaining myself right now.

Thanks Eric. I'm socking the figures in warm soapy water now to see how untangled they become. I suspect that party of the slime dried out on them.

Thanks Iron mask!

Childhood nostalgia story. I don't know if anyone else had a similar experience or similar childhood thoughts...

I remember that I was so upset that the Manglor figures wouldn't go back together (because of course once you ripped off an arm... It was really torn off), but rather than becoming disenchanted with the toy and wisely moving on... I was CONVINCED that what I needed was the Manglor Mountain, because only with Manglor Mountain would my toys get to take their special slime bath that was full of healing properties and all my disappointment would be remedied by this playset. If I could only get Manglor Mountain, then both of my poor dismembered Manglor figures would be fixed and good as new!!

Oy vey - if you thought I was disappointed with the figures... Imagine my fury over the crap-tastic Manglor Mountain!
