I went to a toy museum at Natural Bridge, Virginia, and I thought I would share some of my pictures! Flash photography was not allowed so some of the pictures are pretty dark and crappy, but you can still make out the toys. These pictures are some of the more interesting items. I didn't take pictures of toys like vintage Star Wars and He-Man just because I've seen that stuff everywhere, and it's not that interesting. It should be noted that MUSCLE toys were conspicuously absent. Anyway, enjoy!

The first picture is of the Mego Star Trek figures in a bridge playset.

This next picture shows some boxed Dino Riders. I was really impressed at the condition of the boxes, and I've never seen this many all together.

Dinosaur toys from the 80s crack me up, since they're so scientifically inaccurate by today's standards. Of course, I'm sure a toy line about dinosaurs with laser cannons on their heads isn't intended to be based in reality in the first place...

These next two pictures show a toy line from the 80s that I had completely forgotten about. I have been collecting toys for so long that I thought I had explored all the toy lines of my childhood, no matter how obscure (I mean, how much more obscure does it get than Rocks & Bugs & Things?). Anyway, this line is called "Germs", made by Worlds of Wonder. Basically, it's just a rubber germ in a test tube. Not much in the way of action is going on, but they were fun.

And here's a close-up of some of the Germs. If anybody has any Germs they'd be willing to sell/trade, just let me know!

Here's some Love Boat action figures and Mego Dukes of Hazzard figures. I had no idea they made Love Boat figures... or why they would bother.

And finally, here's a pic of some carded Army Ants! I haven't seen carded Army Ants since the old days, so it was a pretty cool treat. The guy had a bunch of them, both orange and blue.
