Cool photos Burty, love the slug zombie inhalation pic.
You have very cool diverse collection :)
If those slug zombies were in soft rubber I would be all over them like a tramp over chips.

Amazing MIMP collection & LRG's and youre photos are very nice too. Such a great idea storing the MIMP figures in these display boxes! I have mine stored in tubs, but after seeing these pics I'm tempted to follow suit. Was it expensive to buy all those boxes?
Also, have you started on premiums or series 3 yet?

Cheers fella  The boxes weren't that expensive, I tend to pick them up as part of other deals in order to stomach the postage cost associated with the size of the box. The do look great in them though :) I've actually got a few more series 1 since these pcs were taken (8 to go now for the full set).

As for premiums and series 3, I traded away the few premiums I had in order to complete my series 2 set and I'll only let myself buy any series 3 once I've completed the full series 1 neons set.

Good luck on finishing the neon sets and acquiring your last 8 figures! I'm in the same boat, only I have about 20 figures to go.
I can understand why you'd want to focus on just the neons, and trading your other premium figures to get there.
I finished my series 2 sets pretty fast but its taking ages to finish series 1 (I'm going for all colours, inc. premiums) as well as picking up any series 3 I can get at palatable prices.
Will you go for the standard colour series 1 sets next, or move onto premiums or series 3?
It's a shame they never made full sets for the standard series 1 colours...

This is the first time I've checked out your collection. It makes me want to collect MIMP. Those are some sweet figs and pics you got! Good luck with the final figures you need for your series 1 sets.

Nice shots man. Is your Rhino head GitD? I'm assuming it is based on the name but it looks like it's actually in clear. If it is GitD though I love this idea; in fact all of my Armorvor custom heads are GitD for this purpose alone. Eventually I'm going to commission them to be painted in a way that incorporates the glow somehow, which I think would be particularly cool for my Octo head. Maybe do some sort of 'glowing veins' effect or something networking across the surface of the head or glowing eyes (or both). If the rhino horn does glow, that'd be a sweet pic to post :)

Cheers bud  Yeh the rhino head is GITD and the exposed horns do indeed glow in the dark pretty well (I was testing it last night in bed to my wife's annoyance ;) ) I got the idea from ersico on a commission he did, but he used just a clear head instead. The hardest part is masking off parts that you want to remain unpainted whilst trying to spray undercoat the head, which is how I undercoat. As for a GITD pic, I tried to shoot one but as I use my iPhone for all my pics the screen backlight negates the GITD effect of the figure unfortunately.

Nice collection!  I like the UofV pics, ones I've never heard of.  I originally came here for info on muscles, but really like seeing all the collection pics.

I'm looking to finish my first set of muscles and start up on battle beast and others.  I'm not sure how I missed MIMP as a kid, but seeing your sets makes me want to get started.  Nice work.

A small collection update:

Since venturing into the MUSCLE world I've started to collect a couple of my favourite sculpts in all colours. Below we have #63 Goriki and #214 Robin Mask (F), in each of their released colours. Soon to follow (hopefully) will be #162 The Announcer.

Also, an updated shot of what's currently on my main display shelf. When we move again to a larger house I look forward to having more room to spread out

Of all the things in those pictures, the thing I noticed was the sealed 12 Pack with the NP Behemoth...I think I might have a problem.

Great collection!
