Hey, did you know there's a discussion about these over at the GPK board? A GPK collector there named Griswold says he has some of these figures. You could ask him. (He said he would post pictures at some point.)

Yeah I guess after over 20 years or so they would probably be more of a figure than chewing gum.

Yeah, I was assuming they were just like Cheap Toys, that is, a plastic figure accompanied with some type of candy. But the bag doesn't mention anything about there being a plastic figure...that explains URS's comment!!
I think we need to check with Griswold, he seemed pretty sure

I have a couple unopened packs and loose figs i got from ebay. I paid $3 a pack plus a loose figure.
They are the same ones released in the US under TOPPS - Dinosaur Toy with Candy Eggs
