Damn that was quick.

I just added a few more mystery figures to the shop. Grab one and send a note asking for it to be shipped with your book and it should be fine.

Awesome! There was a lot more interest then I expected in everything this time around so we added more stock to the shop after the first couple of hours. Like I said before we really don't want this line to be something people can miss out on just by being busy the day of the drop. Though there is still a limit to how many Retroband is willing and able to cast so we will try to make sure people can grab stuff through this weekend but that will probably be it.

Mmm...Book of the Dead.

I just grabbed one.  Are there still pages available with the order?  I would really love to have one.  They look fantastic!

Yes, unless something gets lost in the mail every book will come with a cursed page.

Wow, Trogs and Mysteries still sold out. Ouch.

EDIT: Now even the book is gone. I have to fund a move very soon anyway, but this might be even more of a sign to let this line go. Least I can quit happy with those perfect Zardoz heads.

This is what the actual pages look like that will be folded and sent with the book. They are half the size of a sheet of paper.

If you'd like me to help you place a special order for anything just let me know. If you need to save money I totally understand that too.

The big difference this time was after Retroband took a couple of months off I thought showing the book sculpt ahead of time would get us more interest coming back to it. I was right and it created a buzz we weren't prepared for. As it is now he will be casting for several days to make up the difference between what we had ready to go and what we ended up adding to the shop to keep stuff in stock for a couple of days.

If anyone else here missed out and needs to place an order please let me know. You guys always come first with anything I make. If it wasn't for this place I wouldn't be doing this stuff at all. And if it wasn't for Eric and Karis I wouldn't even try to do cool stuff like the page inserts on my own.

I love your work and was happy to keep dropping money on this line up to the last batch, but yeah, I think I have to officially call it quits this time around. Nothing I'm mad about, and since your issue with stock this time around was due to such resounding success, it's nothing but good news I'd say! Thank you for the offer though, I'd happily take you up on it otherwise.

First time buying from DD. When can we expect to have these shipped out? Were they made before they went on sale? Or are they made as ordered?

I'm not impatient, just would like to know.

Nice! I'll have to check with my apartment's front office. Any packages larger than the mail box goes there.

It's a little of both. A bunch were already made but they sold out so quickly we added more stock to the store a few times because we do not want this to be a line of toys that you have to buy on day one or you miss out. We made sure they lasted all of Saturday and most of Sunday. So more had to be made after the drop to make up the difference. Everything is shipped so it shouldn't be a long wait for anyone.

Mine came in yesterday - I was SUPER excited and it really was beyond my expectations.  Fantastic!

This was my first Deadly Deliver... I always regretted missing Belial.  The Necronomicon was a perfect addition to the line.

I noticed in the responses above that PlasticSoul mentioned something about folding the insert.  Mine came unfolded, and I would recommend keeping them unfolded as possible.  It seems to comfortably fit in the box without having to fold it.  It's a nice piece of artwork - worth of a small frame.

I picked mine up this afternoon. It's an awesome figure. My page also came unfolded. I'm keeping it safe in my H.P. Lovecraft Complete Fiction.(book) The figure was a little bigger than I thought it would be. But that's not something bad at all. I'm happy I was able to grab one of these up.

Yeah - I thought it was going to be smaller too.  I was pleasantly surprised actually.  The size is great!

My only regret was not buying two.  One to carry around with me and one for the shelf.

I really like the weight of them.  They feel good and solid.
