Motu KO wrestler, I think all of these had the same body and black waist.
The other dude is some KO wrestler/fighter guy using the body of the Soma Fantasy World figures.
Not sure which specific lines these were, they all have names like "Wrestlers Champion" and crap like that.

The only thing I can find is on the smaller one that looks like Sylvester Stalone in the face. He has CHINA on his back near the waist. I cant find anything else on either of them.

You're right. He is an actual Soma figure from their line of wrestlers.the right one is a soma figure pretty sure it is the wrestling line by them
Must have been an easy way to get more mileage out of those Fantasy World molds.
