I`ll give that kid this at least; he`s got a lot of heart coming forward and trying to make things right! Just think, he`s the tip of the iceburg when it comes to all the "con men" out there.

That took some guts.
Some times it doesnt take much to remind you what is right and wrong.

Same basic thing happened to me when i was his age, stealing cds and all kinds of stuff from stores, didnt stop until i got caught, I didnt feel very guilty though since i didnt feel like i was hurting individual people, just big corporations that sell cds for way too high a price and they dont even let you listen before you buy.
I wouldnt call him courageous or anything, remember he didnt stop until he got caught, i know damn well he would have never stopped until he did get caught. It wasnt courage that got into him it was just plain old fear, he was afraid he had effed up his own life, so he was just trying to fix it. He interprets that to everyone else as remorse and guilt but in reality hes only protecting himself.

Anytime somebody needs you, don't let them down, although it grieves you, Some day you'll need someone like they do, looking for what you knew - LZ

You're probably right about that Beligerant1. If he didn't get caught, he would probably still be doing the same thing.
