Hey, has anyone got any muscle horror stories? mine was a complete nightmare. ive only just got back into collecting but im still suffering trauma, anyway, back in the day when i was a kid and muscles came out i bought, swapped and wheeled and dealed until i had 200 muscles. i kept hold of them for years not really knowing what they were or where they came from. The toyline shrank and vanished and i ended up buying monster in my pocket instead . So one day we moved house and i packed up all my stuff, sticking my muscle men in a box and such like and the removal men drove off with all my worldly possesions but they never arrived. the removal van caught fire and everything was torched including my 200 strong collection! everything that is except monster in my pocket because i managed to squash them into one of those huge vodka bottles, the muscle men were not flexible enough to fit and simply perished with nothing to protect them but a flimsy cardboard box. it was probably payback for sharpening the head off number 33. now everytime i look at monster in my pocket i feel like wasting the lot.

Good lord! That's tragic. All your collecting down the drain. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be back up to near 200 in no time talking to us! Check out ebay, it's great. A lot of good deals right now. It's great having another member too!

and i longed over him for ages i really felt bad , like i lost a good mate
if it happened to me losing all 200 i would have gone mad!!!

That sucks man. As far as my collection goes, I don't really have any horror stories other than maybe one or two getting stolen, or losing one in the microwave trying to alter them. But I know of a horror story possibly even worse than yours. My wife's brother in Japan had a complete or near complete set of Kinnikuman, plus several doubles, and other kinnikuman related items. He had them stored in a huge box along with some pornos. His mother stumbled in on them one day and got so pissed about the pornos that she threw everything out. His kinnikuman lost forever

His whole Kinnikuman Collection GONE?!!!!! AAAAAAHHHHH! I would have freaked. What a sin. I would be dead if that happened.

I have managed to exorcise the demons and am now well on my way to building up my collection again. I have a whole load of coloured ones now and I never had any of them before. I stumbled across the preservation society website one day at college and was thrilled to find so many fellow muscleheads. With your help I was able to start afresh.
