I have Treebeard, he is SWEET! I was thinking about the big troll/ogre thingy from the first episode, but I didn't like him enough for the $$.

I'd buy Sauron, if he weren't so expensive.

The two best figures IMHO are Sauron and Treebeard

I have 'em both.....Sauron is 10" tall, and Treebeard dwarfs him at 17.5" tall (the biggest thing in my ENTIRE toy collection)

i'm into the warhammer games workshop figures
i've just complete 2 scene's

ambush at amon-hen it contains boromir dying , gimli , legolas , arogorn , lurtz , merry and pippin with uruk-hai + antoher 3 uruk-hai

and
warriors of middle-earth
12 goblins of moria , 8 high elves , 4 men of gondor.

i hope to get a few ttt figures soon men of rohan would be cool

I only have the Two Towers Boxed Set, and the Metal Fellowship boxed set right now.....but hope to get the Balrog eventually!
