anyhow, yeah- these are BIG figures. they look larger than g1 figures, and they dwarf their g2 contemporaries.
the sculpts on kid, terry, and dik dik, mars, and checkmate are alright. the wally and hanzo sculpts are great. on the other end of the spectrum, bone cold, kevin mask, and jaeger all look weird. bone cold's pose is strange, kevin mask looks fat, and jaeger's arms look way out of scale.
these are all marked ©Y/S•T•TX B.CHINA, and they all those "four dots" somewhere on the back of their bodies, just like those semi-articulated, painted 3.5" capsule figures did.
honestly, if you can snag these cheap - do. you might want to look for a seller who is a toy enthusiast, and not an ebay videogame store who's just trying to sell off the sets they got reserving the gamecube game, though.

yeah, i dunno if it's the sculpting error, or what, but something about the kid sculpt leaves me flat.I especially like the Kid Muscle one, the Wally one is pretty badarse too.
but yeah, the wally sculpt is really sweet. actually most wally sculpts kick arse, if you think about it.

True most Wally sculpts are pretty awesome, except for the G2 painted one from Japan, he looks like he was hit on the head with driftwood.but yeah, the wally sculpt is really sweet. actually most wally sculpts kick arse, if you think about it.

i assume you're talking about the first, superdeformed one.
you should see the nobi-nobi version of wally, though. the way they sculpted and painted his face, he looks like he's been huffing glue all day. however, what those figures lack in sculpting and paint applications, they make up for in sheer squishyness. they're even more springy than original kinkeshi!
